How an agency portal books each client on their own Cal.com calendar, and how to test the voice agent without creating a real appointment.
An agency selling appointment-booking voice agents is not sharing one calendar. Each client has their own hours and services. Telezen keeps those calendars separate: every client connects their own Cal.com account, and the voice agent books only that client's event types.
Booking goes through Cal.com. The portal does not connect Google Calendar, Outlook, or Calendly.
The next client repeats those steps with a different Cal.com key. Client A's agent cannot write on client B's calendar. One call books one event type on that client's calendar. It does not place the same appointment on several calendars.
If you have tried to do this in Make.com or n8n, the usual failures are mapping fields between Vapi and the automation tool, fixing time zones by hand, and repairing a scenario every time an API changes. Configure Tools replaces that workflow. The agent can check open slots and book the event type you attached.
The video shows an agent checking live availability, offering another time when a slot is taken, and writing the booking back to the calendar.
Telezen has no switch that skips the calendar. Asking the agent which times are open only reads Cal.com. Confirming a time creates a real Cal.com appointment.
To test the booking flow without creating an appointment:
To rehearse the full booking, create a throwaway event type in Cal.com, click Configure Tools for that event type, complete one test booking, and cancel the event in Cal.com.
