White Label Vapi Dashboard

How an agency connects Vapi, puts the client portal on its own domain, and bills clients through Stripe.

A white label Vapi dashboard is how an agency sells Vapi voice agents under its own name. The client logs into the agency's portal, the agency's Vapi account runs the agents, and the agency invoices the client. Telezen is that dashboard.

This is the Vapi setup: connect the account, put the client portal on your domain, and bill through Stripe. Retell uses the same settings screens. The steps below follow Vapi.

Connect Vapi

The agency connects one Vapi account, then assigns agents to each client.

  1. Log in to the Telezen dashboard as the agency administrator.
  2. Open Settings > Organization > Agency > VAPI Integration.
  3. Paste the Vapi API key and click Add API Key.

Telezen encrypts the key and uses it for requests on behalf of the organization. Clients use that key unless you give one of them a different key. To override it, open Clients, select the client, open the API Key tab, and add a Vapi key there.

Assign the agent that client should see:

  1. Open Clients and select the client.
  2. Open the Agents tab and click Add Agent.
  3. Choose Vapi and select the agent.

Adding the agent turns on Configure provider webhook, which replaces the agent's current Vapi webhook with Telezen's so usage and end-of-call reports reach billing and analytics. If that agent already sends events to your own workflow, turn Configure provider webhook off before you add it, then forward those events to Telezen's webhook.

Put the client portal on your domain

Clients land on a portal that uses your brand, not a Vapi screen. The default address is [your-agency-slug].telezen-dashboard.com. To serve that same portal from your domain, for example portal.youragency.com:

  1. Open Settings > Organization > Agency > Custom Domain.
  2. Enter the domain and click Add Domain.
  3. At your DNS host, add the TXT record Telezen shows. It is usually named _vercel. Click Check Status. DNS can take up to 24 hours.
  4. After the domain verifies, add the CNAME or A record Telezen shows. When the status is Active, the client portal is on your domain.

Set the color clients see under Settings > Organization > Agency > Branding. Choose the primary color and click Save Color. That color is used for buttons, links, and accents in the portal.

Bill clients through Stripe

Client invoices go through Stripe Connect. This is the agency's billing relationship with its clients, not Telezen's own checkout.

  1. Open Settings > Organization > Agency > Stripe Connect.
  2. Select the country and the business type, company or individual.
  3. Click Create Account and finish the onboarding flow Stripe hosts.
  4. Wait until the Connect account is active and charges are enabled.

Charges processed on that account include a platform fee. After charges are enabled, open Clients, select the client, and use the Billing tab for that client's subscription, price, and status.

Create your agency account to connect Vapi, host the portal on your domain, and bill clients through Stripe.
