Agency Setup

Learn how to set up your agency branding, custom domain, Stripe Connect, and AI integrations.

The Telezen Dashboard is a fully white-label platform. As an agency owner, you can customize the dashboard to reflect your brand, ensuring that when your clients log in, they see your agency's identity.

This guide will walk you through setting up your agency's branding, custom domain, billing, and AI provider integrations.

Setting Your Brand Color

Your brand color is the primary visual element your clients will interact with.

  1. Log in to your Telezen Dashboard as an agency administrator.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Organization > Agency > Branding.
  3. Select Primary Color: Use the color picker or enter your brand's primary HEX code (e.g., #3B82F6). This color will be applied to buttons, links, active indicators, and other accent elements in your client portal.
  4. Click Save Color.

Your clients will immediately see the updated branding the next time they log in.

Adding a Custom Domain

By default, your white-labeled portal is accessible at [your-agency-slug].telezen-dashboard.com. To provide a truly native experience, you can host your client portal on your own domain (e.g., portal.youragency.com).

1. Configure Your Domain in Telezen

  1. Go to Settings > Organization > Agency > Custom Domain.
  2. Enter the domain or subdomain you want to use.
  3. Click Add Domain.

2. Verify Your Domain

Telezen will generate a TXT record (typically named _vercel) for you to verify domain ownership.

  1. Log into your DNS provider (where you manage your domain's DNS settings).
  2. Add a new TXT record with the exact values shown in the dashboard.
  3. Click Check Status to verify the record. (Note: DNS changes can take up to 24 hours to propagate).

3. Update Your DNS Records

Once verified, Telezen will provide the final DNS record (like a CNAME or A record) to complete the setup. Add this record to your DNS provider. When the status changes to "Active," your white-labeled agency portal is ready on your custom domain!

Connecting Your AI Providers

To enable AI voice agent functionality for your clients, you must connect your Vapi or Retell account.

  1. Navigate to Settings > Organization > Agency > VAPI Integration (or Retell Integration).
  2. Enter your API key.
  3. Click Add API Key.

Your API key will be encrypted, securely stored, and tested for connectivity. It will be used to make requests on behalf of your organization and clients (unless a client has their own specific API key override).

Setting Up Billing with Stripe Connect

Connect your Stripe account to bill clients directly for AI voice agent usage. This enables you to create and manage subscriptions for your clients.

  1. Navigate to Settings > Organization > Agency > Stripe Connect.
  2. Select your Country and Business Type (Company or Individual).
  3. Click Create Account to start the Stripe Connect onboarding process.
  4. Complete the onboarding flow hosted by Stripe.

Note: All client transactions processed through your Stripe Connect account will include a platform transaction fee. Once your account is fully active and "Charges Enabled," you can start billing your clients.
